    2 Min Read. The NSW Resources Regulator has been notified of a fatal incident that occurred on 24 May 2021 at Regional Hardrock quarry near West Wyalong in NSW. A worker is reported to have sustained fatal injuries after being run over by a light vehicle at the quarry. NSW ambulance attended the scene but were unable to revive the worker.
